City Average House Prices: Islamabad, Karachi & Lahore

Islamabad leads at ~PKR 83.6M average, Karachi ~77.7M, and Lahore ~52.1M — how these city averages should (and shouldn't) guide your search.
City-wide averages hide neighbourhood extremes, but they remain useful for framing budgets. Recent market research places average house prices near PKR 83.6 million in Islamabad, PKR 77.7 million in Karachi, and PKR 52.1 million in Lahore.
Islamabad's figure is pulled up by scarce F-sector and diplomatic rentals. Karachi's average reflects Clifton and DHA premiums alongside more affordable sprawl. Lahore's lower average reflects deeper mid-market supply in Johar Town, Bahria, and Phase 8 relative to ultra-prime pockets.
Use averages to set a realistic starting band, then zoom into society-level comps. A G-13 house and an F-7 house are not the same "Islamabad" product — just as DHA City Karachi (~PKR 3.55 Cr for a 250 sq yd villa) differs sharply from Khayaban-e-Muhafiz bungalows.
